Trust Management
Trust Management
Create the same magic as before
Trust Management relocated within the building they occupied a few years after Khaya did the original office space project for the organisation.
The brief was to recreate the same sense of warmth, professionalism and collaboration as the initial fit out did. The space reflects the company’s experience and expertise, overlaid with the informal and personal business style of the company.
The concept was adjusted slightly to reflect the new space. There is a common theme or language, which flows from the front of house through to the back of house.
There is an emphasis on providing a space for Trust Management staff that promotes and enhances wellbeing.
Along with the design phase of the project, Khaya was responsible for construction of the project working directly with the contractor.
Trust Management is a company that works with charitable trusts. The new offices needed to provide an environment that reflected the company’s experience and expertise, overlaid with the informal and personal business style of the company.
The office space is divided into two distinct areas each with its own personality. The front of house space is used for Meeting and Board meetings. This is a more formal space with a single purpose of facilitating various types of meetings. The back of house space is the engine room and used as a workspace. This area has a variety of functions from individual working to collaborative meeting to breakout and relaxing.
The office has a common theme or language, which will flow, from the front of house through to the back of house. This will create a unified space. The existing office location, as well as the surrounds of the new office, was used as inspiration in creating a light filled “tree top” oasis.
The program was aggressive with lease terminations. Khaya worked with the other consultants and the project managers to find innovative solutions to save time without compromising on the end result. The client moved in on time and the project was completed on budget.
