Trust Management embarked on a new chapter, relocating within their existing building. The goal was to recreate the warm, professional, and collaborative atmosphere that defined their original workspace within the building, designed by Khaya.
The new space reflects the company’s growth and expertise, while maintaining its informal, personal business style. The design concept, continues the theme of the original fitout emphasising a collaborative workstyle and a focus on staff interaction.
The common design theme or language flows seamlessly from the front of house public areas to the open plan work spaces.
Khaya’s focus extended beyond design to include construction management, working directly with the contractor to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
This hands-on approach, combined with the successful delivery of all project milestones, including budget and program, ensured the final space not only Trust Management’s design preferences but also prioritised the well-being of its employees.
